Louis Ignarro, Ph.D., is a member of Herbalife’s Scientific Advisory Board, which advises the company on advancements in the field of nutrition science.Ignarro has made exceptional contributions to science. His efforts were recognized with the Nobel† Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1998 for his discovery of nitric oxide and its range of benefits to the human body. His work has since led to additional research by scientists around the globe on nitric oxide. After working with Herbalife to develop Niteworks™, a dietary supplement designed to boost the body’s own production of nitric oxide, Ignarro became a member of the company’s Scientific Advisory Board.
